AMP, a Bpost company, is a leading provider of in-night distribution services in Belgium. With around 500 employees, six distribution sites and its headquarters in Neder-Over-Heembeek, AMP operates a strong nationwide network.
AMP distributes press products, snacks, drinks and other goods to 3,700 retail outlets across Belgium. We also supply magazines to the Dutch retail market. Since 2024, we have handled newspaper subscription deliveries in several Belgian regions. At the same time, we are expanding our in-night activities by delivering spare parts and equipment to technicians before 7 a.m.

The story of AMP begins in 1885, making us one of the oldest still running companies in Belgium. To save on postage costs, the leading press distributors of the era joined forces and created the “Messageries de la Presse.” By grouping and centralizing press distribution, the “messageries” realized significant savings.
In the second half of the 20th century, AMP brought its regional press distribution centers together under one umbrella, where the current name came into being: AMP.
In 2015, AMP joined the Belgian logistics group Bnode (formerly Bpost). In 2022, AMP acquired Dutch press distributor Aldipress. Today AMP offers not only the distribution of press, but also of food & non-food products, all through Belgian press outlets! In 2024 AMP’s mission was expanded to include the newspaper deliveries to subscribers in certain regions of Belgium. Our services have since then grown again to include B2B in-night logistics.
