Track & trace

With this system, we can follow products as they proceed through the logistics flow. This means that AMP keeps track of parcels or publications from when they arrive at our sites until they are returned to publishers as unsold. During the goods flow, products are scanned multiple times and, as a result, we know the exact locations of these products. This system gives us insight into where, when, by whom and to whom goods are sent. All details about products are included, so the system is ideal for solving possible delivery problems and resolving complaints.

BCC

Our Business Contact Centre is the point of contact for our customers. Here, our employees answer calls from sales outlets related to distribution or outlet administration.

Supply management

This service regulates the number of publications distributed to sales outlets on the basis of sales history, outlet demand and amounts on offer from publishers.

Key account department

Our field manager and a team of commercial advisors lend an ear to outlets on the ground. They support sales outlets in performing their daily tasks and answer any questions that they might have. In case of complaints, they act as mediators. They form a one-on-one channel that facilitates the exchange of information between AMP and sales outlets.

Promotional channels

AMP manages a range of indoor impulse-buy networks in independent outlets as well as in larger chains such as Delhaize and Carrefour.
